Plot: An adaptation of James Ellroy’s novel about two 1940s L.A. cops who head up the hunt for the killer of starlet Elizabeth Short. Directed by Brian de Palma.
Excessive visuals but lacking in substance. I fear for all future adaptations of James Ellroy’s novels. Maybe de Palma should have learned a thing or two from Curtis Hanson, I meant no disrespect sir, but this film was terrible!
The Black Dahlia: *

Well, I can imagine much worse films than this released this year. It´s not that terrible!
Well I agree with you there, its just not to my liking.
